About Us We are Elite Sportz San Antonio, a pole vault training facility located just southeast of San Antonio in St. Hedwig, Texas founded in 2001. We have two runways with three pole vault pits. One runway/pit is located outside and offers a cool breeze and usual tailwind. Located inside is one runway with a pit at each end which allows us to split into separate groups for more individualized coaching while being able to vault no matter the weather conditions. Our facility provides a wide range of drills to increase strength and improve technique. Our offerings include weights, boxes, a high bar, rings, rope for climbing/drills, swing-up rack, and other specialized vault drills. We also include underwater vaulting during our summer camps!
